Church Planting

OLCM underwent various Church Planting training such as Church Planting Movement (CPM), Dynamic Church Planting (DCPI), and Bayanihan Church Planting. Using these trainings, we effectively work and partner with pastors, church planters, and missionaries in different parts of the Philippines.

Here’s the list of our Church Planting efforts

Bohol Gospel Saturation Project – Along with Partnership and Evangelism International, we partnered with Ptr. Gamie Beltran and family to work and plant churches in the island of Bohol through Bohol Gospel Saturation Project (BGSP). The Bohol church planting efforts produced a good number of harvest and in 2011, they started to form their own association of churches.

Samar Missions – In partnership with IMB Missionaries Carl Miller Jr. and Suzie Miller and church planter Silas and Lorie Felongco, we also sent our local missionary Charity Malinao to work with them in starting churches.

Naungan – Started in 2011, this outreach did not materialized as a church. However, there are about 4 people who has been saved through the church planting efforts. Furthermore, children ministry is growing in this community. The church planting team is being lead by Bro. Arthem Lumanta.

Tambulilid – This outreach was started back 2007. A church has been planted but did not last long. But the ministry was continued among the children through Ma. Leonor and Betty Ares and Grace Olaer. The ministry has been struggling in this area due to unresponsive hearts of the people. Nonetheless, seeds has been planted in the hearts of the children.

Nueva Ecija – By the grace of the Holy Spirit, the Lura family started a new church when they migrated to Nueva Ecija. Tondod Christian Ministry is continuously growing through the leadership their efforts.

Tacloban – Finally, we have touched down in the capital city of Leyte. We now have Lighthouse Christian Ministry – Tacloban headed by Ptr. Vince and Grace and Ptr. Vir Olaer
